This project focused on how to improve the user experience of the shopping cart while the user is shopping. When I was using Amazon Fresh's smart shopping cart, I was inspired by its smart checkout and weighing experience, but I found that this smart user experience did not attract many customers to use it. So I came up with some insights through observation and interviews and other research to solve this problem in an innovative way to increase the usage of Amazon Fresh's smart shopping cart.
